the staff showed very nice support after our daughter's accident they offered empathy and care the general manager welcomed us back from the hospital personally he showed sincere concern the guest relations team members çolpan muhammad and rodica provided constant support the bar manager hasan made tasty milkshakes for our daughter every day the kids club staff were dedicated warm and creative bel made our daughter feel safe immediately
i waited longer than expected when ordering at the main restaurant

the restaurant features a diverse menu with tasty meals i noticed daily fish options along with köfte and other delicacies fresh seasonal fruits were available and there were choices for both turkish and european cuisine lovers.

i saw an indoor pool with a consistent depth of 1.4m and i noticed a dry sauna and steam sauna the hotel provides coffee and tea making facilities and a minibar stocked with water soft drinks and juices in each room.

genuine concernspecial thanksconstant support
the staff showed such empathy after our daughter's accident it warmed my heart. the general manager greeted us with sincere sympathy upon our return from the hospital a gesture i won't forget. special thanks to the guest relations team çolpan muhammad and rodica for their constant support and kindness their attention eased our minds.
the wait times at the main restaurant could sometimes stretch a little long.

The food selection was great and diverse! i especially liked the large, well kept pool. It was perfect. my room was spacious and clean! the housekeeper was really friendly and kept everything super clean.
